Powerline 1000 PL 1000v2 cant connect apple devices

I have one extender hard wired with an Ethernet cable into the modem and another downstairs. They both show power (green), Ethernet (green) and pick a plug led (red). However, I can't connect to either of the extenders. I cannot access free support since I've owned them too long. I have tried this website but no luck.

Any ideas?

Thank you, Julie

Pick a plug led being red means its got a poor connection.

You also need a router in there somewhere. Perhaps your modem has an integrated router?

Or what router are you using?
