Powerline extender XWN5001 only blue light for WiFi and can't set up WiFi access for units

Trying to set up XWN5001 in our house. Both the access point and adaptor on the XWN5001 extender units show green power lights but only a blue light for WiFi. And I am unable to configure wifi ac...

I was actually able to surf the Internet with the NETGEAR Ext network but can't access password etc.

Are you using the netgear genie to set it up? if you follow the manual, this is how it walks you through doing the setup. Page 12 of the manual.

HI

Yes. I tried everything in the installation guide.

According to NetGear, gne set up genie isn't available to Mac users.

    I don't have a Nighthawk router nor a Orbi Mesh Wifi system.
