Powerline very slow internet speed

Sorry maybe I should have been more clear right from the start. So the normal wifi speed i get when connected directly to my router (not the PowerLine) is where I get 140mb/s on all my devices. When I try using the wifi or ethernet connection put off by the PowerLine that's where both speeds are incredibly low around 10mb/s.
I do notice when looking at the unit with the antennas that the little logo that looks like a house with a plug in it does change colors sometimes, it will be green, red, or orange and kind of linger on a color for a bit and then change again. Would this play into it somehow?
you might have interference in your line. Here's the led info that you can look at that tells you what those led's mean. Its also troubleshooting the connection.
