PR2000 profile not saved
I am attaching PR2000 to my home network wirelessly, I do not have admin rights on the router. I do have access rights to the 2 web clients that are broadcast by the router I want to attach the PR...

We are sorry for not being able to get back to you immediately. May we know if the PR2000 was working before or you just recently purchased the unit? What is the current firmware version of the PR2000? You may try to reload the latest firmware or downgrade the firmware.
Note: Reset the PR2000 after loading a firmware then set it up again.
