Problem connecting up an orbi RBR50 to the BT home hub6

Has anyone had any Problem connecting up an orbi RBR50 to the BT home hub6 in the UK.

I have connected up and can see the ORBI08 on my network and it is plugged directly into my BThome hub modem via ethernet but it is not connecting or relaying the broadband signal.

Any ideas before i return as faulty. It is not an issue with my hub as i have previously had the Mercusys TP Link mesh system running on it fine without transparent bridging etc.
