I am sure I am using the right update into the right product. This is a quite interesting question. On the rear of the extender I can only read WN2000RPT. I bought it about 5 years ago. Comparing the available models on the website I could find out that my model is the v3. So, I am struggling to update using the file wn2000rptv3-V1.0.0.18.img after unzipping the compacted file. I really don't know what's wrong.

According to the FW version you posted this is a V1 and that is the latest firmware so no need to update.

Sorry if I bother you so much, but I am not sure what you mean when you say it is a "V1". My equipment looks like the WN2000RPTv3, although I can read only WN2000RPT in the rear. Please take a look in the photo below. The file I am trying is the WN2000RPTv3.V1.0.1.4. Thanks.
