R6020 wifi router issue - password/ security recovery

Hi there, not sure if I am posting in the right place or if anyone can help. I have a Netgear R6020 wifi router for use with NBN fibre to the premises in Australia. Recently moved house and had to reconfigure the router. In attempting to do this again (second time), Netgear has asked for security questions to be answered - as I cannot remember my password. I have answered both questions and know for a fact they are correct (questions about my school and brother's name). I can't reset my password as I don't remember it, hence the security questions. I am outside the 90 day complimentary service so Netgear won't allow me to call them.
Does anyone know how I can reset the modem so it's not registered to me OR know of any other way around this problem? Your help would be much appreciated! Thanks

The problem with the security questions is if you didn't set them up, it still asks them but there isn't a correct answer. Its a poor design.

If you don't know the login info, didn't setup or the question answers are wrong, then to get into the router, you'd need to factory reset it to get it back to defaults.

Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on
