Range extender ex3700 not connecting to virgin media

I've just recieved the net gear ex3700 and cant get it to connect through apps to my virgin media hub?? Any ideas what to try

It's the hub 3... yes was trying wps but wasnt connecting.. I'll try that!

which virgin media hub? model?&nbsp;are you using wps? if so, try the installation wizard. not all device makers code wps the same.&nbsp;
