Looks like the ASK-NCQ1338 is there home internet gateway. Its got an ethernet port on it.
So you could use pretty much any of the mesh systems you choose. You'd simple hardwire the router (from the mesh system) into the gateway. then you'd either put the mesh router in access point mode or go into the gateway (verizon) and put it in modem only/passthrough mode. that prevents a double nat.
If you're looking at having some of these mesh satellites outdoors, I'd look around for a mesh system that has outdoor access points.

I wouldn't use range extenders. Reason why is there isn't anything controlling them. so if you're using multiple, they can end up connected to each other and not to the router. It can cause instabilities and other issues.
And 250ft is a bit far to reach for wifi.
You might look at a point to point system for the detached home.
but you'd still probably want a mesh system for the home/detached home
