All Netgear Products Compatible?

I have a AC750 WiFi extender and was thinking of purchasing a Powerline 1200 and use the extender as an AP instead. Will these products work together?    Thanks -Victor

    What is the model number of the extender please, e.g. EX6200? If you know that the extender supports an AP mode (not all do) then your proposed setup should work fine.
