AX1600 extender will not connect after many resets

I only wanted 5G extender and unchecked 2.4 GH but it is still showing up
So you cleared 5ghz using the web ui setting on pages 29-30 of the manual?
Is One-WiFi turned off?
I try signing into the extender but it thinks it's not set but it is and is working.
AX1600 is a speed rating - Netgear makes more than one AX1600 extender.
What specific model do you have?
