It doesn't mean that the backhaul is the issue. It just means that you've narrowed the problem to either the router or the extender backhaul.
when you setup the device, did you use wps or the smart installation wizard?
What model is the fibre box?

Thx again :)
I tried to use both WPS then Wizard with the same effect.
I really don tget why it s limited either Wifi and ethernet (maybe i have to change the 5Ghz Chanel?).
My box is as describe in the following doc.

A couple things and thoughts.
1. Try hardwiring in the EX8000 and running it in ap mode. See how it functions for testing.
2. I imagine you're using the europe region for the ex8000. I'm not sure on broadcast restrictions for 5ghz channels. I know its more strict than US. I also know that in 2018, support was added to the ex8000 for DFS channels in the US. Again, not sure on the europe side of those settings. This makes it a little challenge.
here's what I'd try. Rerun the setup from factory. (factory reset the device). During setup, you can deselect the 2.4ghz radio. do that. that'll make sure only the 5ghz channel connections. Set it up using just the 5ghz so it doesn't fall back to the 2.4ghz. Once its setup, rerun both a hardwired speedtest and wireless speedtest (on the 5ghz band).

Hello,
What i tried:
1. Try hardwiring in the EX8000 and running it in ap mode. See how it functions for testing.
=> It works i reach normal speed download and upload

=> First of all i notice that factory reset doesn t work with button and WPS connection doesn t work too / i have to use wizard to manage the configuration. That said, i have tried:
to configure without 2.4ghz => it doesn t work
to configure without 2.4ghz and without One name Wifi => it doesn t work
to configure with 2.4ght and without One name Wifi => it doesn t work
Speed is always at the same limit 35MB/S download ans 58MB/S upload.
It s amazing, do you have any suggestion?
THx :)
