EX8000 AC3000 Tri-Band WIFI Range Extender wont work with Apple devices

 Any Apple products hooked to the extender do not connec to internet.  They do connect to the extender, but there is no network connection to internet.   Mircosoft computers and Android devices work ...

Which router are you connecting the extender to? 

What firmware is on the extender? 

Did you set it up using the installation assistant or using the wps install method? 

What wireless security method are you using?

1.Router model is Verizon G3100

 

2.Firmware is 1.0.1.202 

 

3.I use installation assistant (mywifiext)

 

4.Wireless Security Type is 

WPA + AES I chose 2nd option in setting in installation assistant

    try using WPA2-PSK

      I tried WPA2-PSK and TKIP still not working .

        Something to try? 

        If you've got a friend/family member, try installing it on their system and see if the mac devices connect and work. the router is the backbone of the system. Just to ensure it isn't a router issue when using an extender.
