Many people have encountered similar situations and deployed "point to point wireless bridge" devices.
(hint: search Amazon for "wireless bridge point to point outdoor barn")
These units are often rated in terms of kilometers and are able to span 300ft. without even being mounted outdoors. The unit placed in the barn can have whatever WiFi equipment seems appropriate, such as another EAX80, a simple WiFi access point, etc.
There is a very good chance that a mobile device traveling from the house to the barn might drop the house WiFi signal entirely and then connect to the barn WiFi when it gets close to the barn. i.e. having the same SSID might not be required. Certainly not a problem if they are the same, but maybe not necessary.
