Firmware update fail on EX6200
Hi, I am having trouble with updating the firmware, following the Genie online and also downloading from the Netgear website, both ways fail to update the firmware Hardware Version EX6200 Curre...
Factory reset has been done, and I am running Windows. I tried to use different browsers too. But that didn't work either.
I am also connected both too WiFi and Ethernet directly to the device. Not sure if that could be a factor as well?
Look at the label on it, which version is it? the firmware matches version 2 but I just want to make sure.
Have you tried a different device.
- I don't think it is V2 as no indication on the back. Also the V2 firmware available for download don't match the sequence. I tried anyhow to update the firmware for V2 and it failed as well.
I have logged in through my android phone and tried auto update and also to link the file, and still failed.
I think I have run out of options
