trying to connect this extender to fritzbox router. have reset it many times but router is not showing the extender. Any ideas?
Try running the install assistant and not wps. Not all device makers code wps the same.
Dont have an install assistant link? If you have one, please send it on.
I already have a netgear extender working but when i try to add a new extender, I keep getting asked to register as a new user. I already have the product listed on netgear site under my account. Not sure why I need to re register when I already have. Very frustrating trying to solve this.
shut off the running one when you setup the new one.

- Extender is showing up when I log into router but not showing up as a network to connect to?
Is the old one showing up under the access control or the new one?
And did you set a seperate ssid?
