Replace my 2nd Router Extension EX7000
Hello.... Ok... in the past, I've had TWO Router Extensions. One on my TV (AX80) which 'bounces' off of my T-Mobile Modem, and one in my Garage (EX7000) that 'bounced' off of my AX80. I've recently ...

Daisy chaining extenders is never a good idea.
But you might be able to recover the EX7000. What are the led's on it doing?
Did you try factory resetting (push and hold reset for 15 seconds while powered on)?
Whats it actually doing?
Whenever people have/need more than 1 extender, I usually advise moving to an actual mesh system like orbi or MK nighthawk.

Hello, and Thank You for your reply!
Yes, I do realize that Daisy Chaining is not the best Idea, but it did work for a while!
Well... the LED's (2.5 and 5) are Amber for a while, after I do a Reset, but then go out. So that tells me, I think, that it has gone out, and possibly get a New One.
I have been using the EX7000, which is in my Garage to provide WiFi for my Two Outside Cameras, and have recently bought a Garage Door Opener with a Camera, but have not installed it yet.
I may just use the AX80, which is by be TV to do ALL of it, but didn't want to Bog it down.
IF I do this, I'd be using it for ALL my outside Cams, Garage Door Opener/Cam, Doorbell Cam, Smart TV, Tivo and Roku. Most of which use the 2.5 and just don't think it would be enough, but may fool me.
I am OPEN for ANY Suggestions. Thanks for your Help,

the 2.4/5ghz lights go out if nothing is connected.
It makes me wonder if its not just needing to be installed again. Factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
Here's a video of how to use the assistant.

Hello Again,
Well... I have done the Reset, and it's not really showing up, but... I will try it again!
Also.... even though my AX80 seems to be working....
Is there anything Better?
