I Have Contacted Them Several Times But They Keep Closing The Case And Referring Me To The Community Or Separate Links To Different Articles Within Netgears Website

Nothing From Them Since I Sent the Router Back Every Time I Contact I Get Told I Need To Buy New Support Conttract And When I Give Them The Rma Number And Explain I Don't Have The Router Netgear Rma Have It Get Told The Same Need A Support Contract To Talk About The Item, my Account Reflects That The Router Has Been Shipped But When I Click On It To Track Just Says Unable To Find A Match For Shipping Number Been Saying That For The Past Week
