Router and Wifi Repeater Setup (Huawei base station and Netgear wifi repeater)

I have a Huawei B311 Modem Router 4G with Wifi signal, which will be the base station at my home. I will place another router (Netgear model JWNR2010v5) in a basement where the base station (Huawei B311) wifi signal will be spread, and I want to convert and set up the Netgear router to be a wifi repeater and access point there.
Can you help me with a detailed guidance of all settings to change in the Huawei to be the base station and the Netgear to be the wifi repeater. Thanks
