Router Connection to Extenders Going Crazy...
I have the RAX80 Nighthawk Router, and I have some AX1800 WiFi Mesh Extender (EAX15) units connected to it. When I log into my Nighthawk app this evening to try to fix connectivity problems, I see t...

Thanks for the reply, Michael. This problem just started this weekend. When I say unable to connect, the situation was that the mobile devices could "see" the network, but could not establish a connection - they just sat there with the spinning icon next to the network name... A couple times I did get a connection, but then it said "no internet" which was strange since all my wired devices had active internet connections. I "rebooted" each of the extender units (unplug, wait, replug), and at least the network map now showed them as EAX15's. I will check again the situation later today, and update the discussion thread here. I did not try the "forget network" idea, but I will do so if there is still an issue.

When you do that, start at the beginning. Restart the whole network in the right order:
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on your satellites one at a time
- Turn on computers and rest of network.

Thanks for the reboot order instructions. My situation right now is this: The hard-wired portion of the router has internet connectivity, but the wifi portion of the router does not. I am finally able to get my mobile devices to connect to the wifi network, but it says there is "no internet" via wifi. How can I have internet connectivity through the hardwire (ethernet) cables connected to the router, but no internet via the wifi signal from the same router?

So, wifi clients can see the wifi, but they cannot connect?
This is from the router and the satellites?
What are these wifi devices?
What modem/gateway sits in front of the RAX80?

I have a Netgear cable modem in front of the Router - connected to each other via ethernet cable. From the router, I have several ethernet cables connected to devices including desktop computers, smart TV. The wireless devices include extenders, iPhones, iPads, and smart light switches. The wireless devices can connect to the Wi-Fi network, but the connection status indicates "No Internet Connection". The wired devices connected to the router via ethernet cables all have internet working normally, but the mobile devices have no internet.
The internet signal is clearly coming from the modem through the router via ethernet cable, but the router is only letting wired devices use that signal, and even though the Wi-Fi network is up and running. The router is letting wireless devices connect to it, but only letting wired devices see the internet signal. Weird...
