Router ZTE Product GPON ONT
Model ZXHN F660
Chinese make (provided by ISP)
Set was attempted using Netgear Installation wizard.
First time, it was setup, it was working. Then there was intermittent connection problems. Then I reset by pressing the reset button on the extender. And then attempted again to set up using the installation wizard. Then the router button on the extender won't light up. Tried cycling power on router and then extender. No use. Kindly help. This is a new piece bought a month back. And it is badly needed.

the ZTE router is a single band device.
Are you trying to setup both 2.4ghz and 5ghz?
have you tried changing the channel the 2.4ghz is broadcasting on? 2.4ghz is more sensitive to interference than 5ghz is.
Are both devices set to the same region?
What firmware is on the EX6110?
