Router Link LED doesn’t light up any longer, so I have no WiFi connection. Please advise.

1) My router is from the cellphone company CLARO in Puerto Rico.
2) The extender is NETGEAR.
3) I don’t know how to hardwire, neither know what is GUI.
4) The CLIENT LINK & POWER are solid green. Since now I have the extender unplugged I don’t remember but I think the WPS was also solid green.
5) I had set it up from the NIGHTHAWK APP.

3) I don’t know how to hardwire, neither know what is GUI.----hardwiring is connect an ethernet cable to the extender and directly wiring a pc/laptop to it. Then you can us the IP address for the extender to log into and make changes.
