routerlogin.net is an internal website to configure your Netgear device and is unencrypted (http) which means the username and password you enter can be recovered when using packet sniffing.That is why you get that warning when you try to reach it in your webbrowser. It will be similar for NETGEAR.
Try to disable use private address: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211227 . That sometimes can give issues.
