Hi there,I just purchased an EX7000 wifi extender from Ebay and it was registered on another user (I guess, cos I received the above message when trying to register the product), is it possible to be able to maybe register to my account? Many thanks.

I have the same problem and without registration you can't purchase support, I have a support ticket in saying that I have a problem, but the suport call got closed without any result and a comment that had nothing to do with my call. How impressed am I.
