Set up an RS200 using an EX6250 as an access point

I want to use a Netgear EX6250 as an access point.  I am connecting a Netgear RS200 to the access point.  (I do not have direct access to the primary Modem/Router thus I was previously using the EX6250 in extender mode).  I am not able to use the Nighthawk app to set up the RS200 (Nighthawk app doesn’t support the RS200).  I’m looking for guidance on how to get the RS200 set up,  Quite frankly, I don’t know what I am doing at this point.

Thank you for any help.

You can set it up through the browser gui.

You can find the manual here: Nighthawk RS200 | WiFi 7 Router | NETGEAR Support

This sounds like a cluster of devices and setup.

What actual gateway do you have?

And then you're connecting the EX6250 to it? And then the RS200 to the EX6250?

The RS200 has more power/capabilities than the ex6250

The main modem/router is an Arris.  Unfortunately, I do not have direct access to the Arris.  That is why I wanted to use the EX6250 as an access point and connect the RS200 to the EX6250.

The EX6250 in access point mode needs to be hardwired to the router.

        That'd require access.

So instead, connect the RS200 to the Arris and then the ex6250 to the rs200.
