setting up a 2nd Ex6250

Hi, I need information on how to set up a 2nd extender to my system. In a double brick 2 story house & need to boost the wi-fi to the second story.

Have searched but have been unable to find any information on how to get 2nd extender to link up.

Thanks for your time.

You can do it but I wouldn't.
If you're daisy chaining extenders, you end up with high latency and low speeds.

Reason why is the single and dual band extenders have to use the same chip to go router----extender and then extender--devices. It drops throughput 50% because it can't do both at once. Add another extender and you're speeds are even less.

If you're needing a 2nd extender, I'd check into switching to a triband mesh (not extender) setup.
