Setup issues with EX6100v2 mesh extender. The extender wifi network address isn't showing up.

Its a mesh extender, if you successfully set it up using the wps method or using the "onessid" feature, it'll have the same wireless ssid as the router. 

Is this how you installed it? 

What are the leds on it showing? 

Firmare you're on?

What router is it connected to?

    Thank you for your help. I ended up connecting to technical support and was able to make it work.
