Setup of EX3700 Range Extender. Thought i had set it up 6 months ago, but guess not

I thought I has set it up 6 months ago (or whenever I bought it) but didn't notice that the Device led was not lit (I use a Windows10

PC connected to an Arris Surfboard and my wife uses her wireless iPhone/iPad with the signal coming from the Surfboard).  I have connected with WPS and that led is solid green.  I did this for the 2.4 & 5 Ghz bands. The next instruction is: Find the new extended WiFi netowrk name on your computer or WiFi device.  The text says the Extender creates two new extended WiFi neworks.  It appends _2GEXT and _5GEXT to my existing WiFi network name.  That's where my lack of experience shows up.  I can't find the exsting network name!
