Setup with New Router from Spectrum

Question

I had to get a new router/modem from Spectrum and I am trying to re-set up the extender with the new information. It will not let me access the setup site since i am not connected to the network it was originally set up on. Any ideas on how to fix?

I had this same problem, I just had to call spectrums support line and they were able to re code it remotely.

Spectrum said they could not do it since it is not their product.

what router is it?&nbsp;What method of install are you using? wps or the installation assistant
