Setup
When first plugged in and connected to an ethernet port (so as to use the device in Access Point mode), the instructions say to launch a web browser, go to the address given, and then click on New Extender Setup.
There is NO button for New Extended Setup.
My device shows only 2 LEDs, showing that (1) power is on, and (2) it is connected to a wifi device. "Connected to Router" is OFF.

Do you have the EX6120 connected to your router or to a pc/laptop for setup?
if you're wanting to set it up in access point mode, connect it to the router's lan port. You'll then connect a pc/laptop to it via the wireless ssid for setup.
