Hi, my name is Susan, and I want to ask someone why I lose my internet connection once or twice every day, and have to reset. My Router is a WNR2000, and it is connected to my friend's Comcast service. My friend has an ethernet cord connecting his laptop to his Comcast modem. My laptop is strictly wireless. My friend almost never loses his connection, but mine cuts out at least once a day, and sometimes twice. When it cuts out, I have to wait until he gets to a stopping place with what he is doing on his computer, before I can reset. Resetting always gets me back online, but not for long. And, there have been times when I had to wait more than 24 hours before I could reset. If there is an ascertainable reason why this is happening, and if there is a way to fix it, so that it stops happening--I would be grateful for the help and information.
