Slow EX2700
I have two wifi range extenders - both are EX2700 and the firmware is the latest (which is v1.0.1.72). I have FTTP with BT in UK, and when I check the speed when linked to laptop via cable to the BT ...

Your extenders only have 100 Mbps LAN port so you'll never see the speeds from your BT router. Upgrade to something better.
