Solid green no internet WN3000RP Extender

Did factory reset. Extender still has old name ([Router name} + '_EXT'). All four lights sold green, but no internet connection. Extender does not appear in router's connected device list.

    Possible that the reset button is defective. How long did you held it down and did the power light blink?

      Windows 10. Power light did not blink. When I try going to [mywifi link] I get  a message saying "You are not connected to your extender's WiFi network." IF i switch to my extender's  SSID  I get

      Firefox: "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

      We can’t connect to the server at [mywifi link]."

      Chrome:

      No internet

      Try:

      • Checking the network cables, modem, and router
      • Reconnecting to Wi-Fi
      • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
      ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED
      I tried connecting with a LAN cable, but received: ""You are not connected to your extender's WiFi network." 
      THe Extender seems stuck.
