Strict nat xbox one

Okay all; we recently purchased the nighthawk because we had a new internet provider coming. They installed a broadband modem and then our nighthawk to that. I have tried UPnP; I have tried port forwarding, I have tried unplugging one but the way they have this all set I am forced to use both. At the end of the day I get a strict nat; that’s it. No message about double, no message about UPnP it just won’t work. I can only play call of duty; but I can’t play anything else. Please help! I find myself wondering if the “netgear armor” being expired will cause the strict nat.
