Support will not Call me!
I've had nothing but issues with this device, as soon as I got it I opened a support case that has lasted 6+ months. The Technical support person informed me that Netgear was working on a firmware u...
Plemans...again, appreciate your willingness to help but I am no longer trying to resolve the technical issue with this device...I've already replaced it with one that works. I AM trying to get Netgear to respond to a dissatisfied customer...they've closed my cases and won't respond. there doesn't seem to be away to contact them without a buying additional support (gearhead?) to return a device does not make sense.
if nothing else, maybe my expereince will warn others.
as an aisde...andone one want to buy a barely used EX7700??
