The device light won't turn on

I have the AC750 wifi range extender, model number EX3110.  The device light is not coming on.  It worked previously and now nothing.  What can I do?

    Do you have something connected to it? 

    The device light is for when a device connects to it. 

    so again, do you have something connected to it? 

    What are the other led's on it doing? 

    What firmware is it running? 

    What router is it connected to?
