Trouble with connection of Netgear Nighthawk X4S Mesh Extender. I have had the

We have had the NETGEAR X4S for about a year and it has worked really well. However today it stopped working. It shows that power is ok but not connected to the router. I have tried rebooting (via Wps) and the connection assistant but still no connection. On the NETGEAR the three middle lights are lit.  

Can any one provide any assistance.

    What actual model do you have? the label will have the model number on it. 

    What firmware is on it? 

    What router are you connecting it to? 

    When you're setting it up using the installation assistant, what error do you get? or what does the status page show on the extender after setup?
