Trubble after upgrade WN3000RPv3

My wifi extender stop working after upgrade. I tried to reset but it does not work. The green led blink. No other lights. What kan I do ?

    The green LED .... please refer to the WN3000RPv3 User Manual for the LED information on p.6. Talking about the Power LED probably?

     

    You have to figure out if the extender does answer to ping on the default IP 192.168.1.250 (use the RJ45 LAN connector) - for this you need a computer in the same subnet, ensure .250 is not used by any other device on your network. This might allow to tftp to push the potentially broken firmware.       I ping 192.168.1.250 The ansver was:  Reply from 192.168.1.170 Destination host unreachable. I run tftp2.exe, in the field "server" I wrote 192.168.1.170, the field "password" I left emty. I got the error "unable to get response from the server". Is my netgear wn3000rpv3 ready for the trash bin ?
