Trying to establish a connection with WNCE2001

OK, I have had some success.
I went into Network Magic (my wireless network manager) and I was able to change my security from WEP to WPA Personal. Then I ran the installation again and was able to get through the whole thing - with a success message at the end.
The only issue is that I could only complete the set up with TKIP as my selection, so I did get the message that my connection will be slow.
I am not sure how to correct that...
