unable to reset

cable company gave me new modem . i hit reset since modem password changed for wifi.   i tried reseting. but it ask me to register, why do i need to register to reset extendedr, alsohow do i reset ...

Hi soydepr,

                      Creating an account is a part of confuguring it using browser method. This extender is a single band and will not support 5GHz, but still you can extend 2.4GHz from your new Gateway. Please follow the below instructions to reconfigure your extender after reset.
