Unable to Update Firmware
Hello,
Not sure who can help but I have read past articles about updating the firmware for this model and connecting to the extender network to do so. I am trying to reconnect to the extender network but it won't let me. I have clicked to connect and entered the right password for the extension network only to recieve the error message "unable to join network" on both my PC and apple devices. Am I able to use the orignal network to update the firmware or do I need to use the extender network in order to update my range extender?

so start with a factory reset.
PUsh and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while the extender is powered on.
Then you can manually update the firmware. follow this guide:
