Unreachable extender

I have a Netgear R8000 router and an EX8000 that I use to extend mij wifi range. It works, but I can't acces the extender via mywifi. It says: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND

If it works, log into the R8000. the ex8000 should be listed under connected devices with an IP address. use that address to log into it. If that's an ok method for you, you're good. If you want to resolve it so you can use the mywifi.ext here's a troubleshooting on this issue from netgear.

THank you for the quick reply. The EX8000 does not appear to be listed. That's what I find strange. They don;t recognise each other.
