Update firmware on EX6100

Responding tp an email recommending I update firmware on my EX6100, when trying to log into mywifiextI get constant errors - see screen shot. Tried connecting via Win10, an iPad and an iPhone - none of these devices will get to relevant screen to allow me to do the update! Anyone able to help?
