Using my Wifi Extender with ethernet connection to my smart TV
Has anyone experienced this problem ? I currently have a Samsung Smart TV and its currently connected to the Internet using the Wifi Extender with ethernet. When I'm on PC and checking my wireles...

What tells you that the connection isn't secure?
What does the anonymous smart TV's setup routine say about wifi security?
When it comes to wifi security, this is more in the hands of the main router than your EX6100v2 extender.

Michael is perfectly right: For whatever reason, the AP of this extender (just duplicating the main router WiFi network name AND the security is not configured for WPA2-PSK or the like.

What primary device does provide Wi-Fi for this network? Start from there. Define a secured Wi-Fi with WPA2-PSK to start with. And re-configure the extender to access that now secured network.
