Using PLW1000 for my home office's WIFI and VOIP...having issues with VOIP connecting

The Powerline is working and the wifi is working as well. I'm able to connect to the wifi given off of the Powerline, and I've plugged an ethernet directly into the Powerline and it's got a strong connection.

I'm having issues connecting my Cisco VOIP business phone into the Powerline... the VOIP is showing prompts that it's failing to connect in a repeating pattern. Prompts such as: Opening IP Adress, File Not Found: XMLDefault...

Are there any settings I need to configure within my Powerline's administrative settings to allow the VOIP to work?

Any other recommendations to fix this?

    Hi eastcoastjersey, welcome to the community! Can the VoIP connect to the main network without any issues? How are you connecting it to the powerline (wired or wireless)?
