Our ranch house is about 70 ft. long and 36 ft wide with a large screen porch extention. It is a wood framed house, sheetrocked, and has lots of interior walls.
The tp-link product is AC1750, dual band, gigabi router, model Archer A7.
The modem, (with wifi) is an Arris product. I've taken a photo of the product sticker and attaching it.
Both pieces of equipment are at one end of the house and behind a tv. I really can't move them.

If it was me?
I'd use the Arris as primary router where its at.
Use a powerline or moca adapter (ethernet over coax) and move the tp-link archer to the middle of the home and run it in access point mode.

That'd give you fairly decent coverage with those 2 and you could use 1 of the extenders as needed if there was a dead spot.
