Virtual MAC address fail to connect to the network

The same phone has two MAC addresses, the DHCP server is assigned two IP addresses, causing the device to fail to connect to the network.
How to turn off the virtual MAC ?

Have you tried to tell the phone to forget the network then reconnect to see if it will get a new IP and just one?
