Hi

Can anyone help me I looked over the internet for solutions and nothing.

I have a WG602 AP, I wanted to connect it to my SKY HD box to connect to their on demand service, but I cannot configure the WG602 to get it connected to my BT Router.

Here are the settings if anyone can spot the mistake.
I have a WG602v2 firmware 3.2rc6

IP Settings:-
Access Point Name: Left as the default Netgear name
IP address
DHCP Client: at moment on Enable
when i tried on disable and enter a 192.168.1.(then number)
it disconnects me and i cant get back in settings.
so its default 192.168.0.227 (greyed out with enable on DHCP)
IP subnet 255.255.255.0 (greyed out with enable on DHCP)
gateway default 0.0.0.0 (greyed out with enable on DHCP)

Spanning Tree - enable

Wireless Settings Menu:-
Network Name SSID - i put the SSID of the bt router
SSID broadcast on
country - europe
Channel - same as bt router
mode g and b
data rate best

Security settings menu:-
Security type - WEP
Authication - Auto
Strength 64 bit
Security Encryption Key
Passphase - i put the wireless key and generate keys
(I also tried putting the wireless key in Key one box)

Access control menu -
Access Control - Allow
i put in mac address of the router

wireless settings menu:- Left all as default
RTS 2347
Frag Length 2346
Beacon Interval 100ms
DTM - 1
Preamble - Mix

Wireless Bridging Menu:-
I have tried bridge to bridge and multi point bridging
at moment i have on multipoint
I put in the MAC address o the router and says strength 96%
when i put in the MAC address of the netgear router says NA 0%

that is all the settings on there, but it doesnt connect to the internet/router.

Any ideas??
