WG602 v4 No Administrative Console

I have tried accessing the administrative console using 192.168.0.227 and everything else. The WAP is not issuing IPS from what I can see.

    this Access Point and device and not capable of pushing IP to the wifi client if you are not using any existing DHCP router or DHCP server..
