WG602v4 No Internet With Time Warner Cable Modem
Like many other posts, was working, stopped working. Not knowing how someone else set it up way back when, I reset the WG602 to factory defaults. Cable modem is fine. I plug in laptop via ethernet ...
My friend's PC had an alternate configuration for her wireless adapter that looked like that. Maybe an IP changed. But I also connected at some point with my laptop and it is set to get IP and DNS automatically. What a mess. When I am there next time I am going to see if a Linksys I have works, but I agree the best solution is a wireless modem supplied by Time Warner. Thanks for your help.
